The house apartment arises from the combination of upper floor & ground floor. Upstairs are the double room I with balcony and integrated bathroom / toilet. The adjoining double room II with balcony also has its own outside shower / toilet room. Each double room offers a foldable couch.
On the ground floor you find the entrance hall, kitchen and living room and a guest toilet. The living room leads to the terrace with an open fireplace and the associated garden in the west. The 3 car parking lots also have an assignment at the entrance area and the west side.
