This apartment is located on the garden level and has about 80 m2 of living space (3 rooms including the integrated sauna) and has access to the approximately 300 m2 beautiful garden. The entrance is protected from the wind with a covered staircase and easily accessible from 2 reserved parking spaces. The apartment is very modern and comfortable. The separate entrance leads to the hallway and TV lounge and from there you can enter a completely new kitchen (with double couch) with exit to the garden of course, with terrace and sunshade awning.
